Overall Satisfaction with Google Voice
I love using Google Voice because it allows me to have a second phone number. Google Voice is great to have because instead of giving out my personal phone number on forms that I am filling out and to avoid the endless spam calls, I give out my Google Voice number. Google Voice is very cool because when someone calls your Google Voice Number, the call will come through your phone like normal calls. Also, you can close to have all of your calls go to voicemail and Google Voice will transcribe your voicemails so you can read them quickly and decided if you need to call the phone number back.
- Its very affordable to use.
- Do not have to give out your personal phone number ever again.
- Would be nice for people to know if they are calling a Google Voice number.
- Transcription could be improved.
- Avoid a ton of spam calls to your personal cell phone number.
- It is easy to get up and running with it.
Google Voice is great if you are a one-man business. It allows you to have a business phone number for people to call without having to give your personal cell phone number out to strangers. The cost is very affordable. But as your business grows, you need to look for a better service like Jive. Jive is a very affordable phone service for businesses and offers similar services like Google Voice but on a large scale. Jive still allows you to have transcribed voicemails and you can access it online or on your smartphone.
