Our company uses Google Workspace for all work emailing, as well as Google Docs to document share. We keep all important documents such as setup documents, ABN and other account information, as well as customer information, ordering receipts, and the like. This enables us to ensure that we have access to these documents whenever we need them, and that we don't have to track hardcopy documents.
