Overall Satisfaction with Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)
Google Workspace is used across the entire organization, mainly for email. Gmail is the best provider we have ever used - it is easy, user friendly, and fast compared to the major competitor. Because Workspace is a Google owned product, our domain based emails are used to log into every Google owned service out there, which makes things much easier.

- Should be easier to control what users are / are not able to do
- Admin dashboard should be easier to use
- Professional email service through Gmail

- Ease of billing
- Our major use of Workspace is Gmail. There has only been 1 outage for us in the last 5 years.
- Employees joining the company immediately know how to use our email service...everyone knows how to use Gmail after all.
Nothing beats the Gmail email service. It is more reliable, has far less down time, and everyone knows how to use it. We had a variety of issues with Microsoft Exchange, and we are extremely happy that we jumped ship years ago. It was worth the effort it took. Thankfully, the price is about the same as what we were paying Microsoft too.
