Unreliable software with poor UI/UX and audio/video quality
Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting
We use GoTo Meeting for all of our all-hands calls. We also utilize the software for all franchise sales-related calls and meetings with existing franchisees. The product allows us to record all of these meetings and share the recording with attendees for reference purposes. The product allows changing of presenters, screen-sharing, and more.

- It has allowed us to share meeting recordings with attendees to decrease support time spend
- It provided a way to integrate with Google Calendar & Calendly for scheduling meetings

- Zoom
Zoom is much more user-friendly than GoTo Meeting, and the software is much cleaner. We have not experienced nearly the amount of software glitches using Zoom compared to GoTo Meeting. We had consistent video and audio lagging issues using GoTo Meeting, along with calendar integration issues with Google Calendar and Calendly.
