Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting
We have a central home office in Waco but six other locations across Texas. GoTo Meeting helps us meet once a month, mainly with our sales departments and location managers, to review the previous month and forecast the next. It's nice to be able to see everyone and also to be able to demo the new products we will be selling. The sales team loves GoTo because they can join in even if they are in their car or working from home.
- The automatic draft invitation is clean and simple to forward to team members.
- The technology has always been without lag time or down for any reason.
- It allows several managers to be able to edit, add, or create a meeting for the same date.
- Maybe an ability to edit a more creative invitation for Holiday meetings, etc.
- Meeting attendance is up by about 19% since we started using GoTo Meeting.
- Some sales exes use the mobile feature to join us while they might be on-site at a client's install, whereas before, they would have had to reschedule the client.
- It gives us at the home office a better touchpoint by being able to see the other offices, and their staff, especially if we have not been able to travel to their branch in some time.
Microsoft Teams were too clunky when we tried a demo of it. It was not as user-friendly as the GoTo platform, and the video and audio quality did not seem as updated as we would have liked in selecting a product to use.
