Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting
As a wireless sw engineer, we work with customers on a daily basis. This includes joining an online meeting with customers all over the world. Go to the meeting is our "goto" application for online meetings. We work on the customer networks by taking access and resolving their issues.
- Audio.
- Ease of use.
- Works better even on low bandwidth.
- UI can be improved.
- Video can be with low clarity at times.
- Control request is buggy once every 1000 times.
- Future business when the customer is satisfied with how we resolved their issues.
- Sales are done through online meetings, which increases revenue and reduces costs.
- Integration with the chat application would have bought things even better.
- Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex Share and AnyDesk
I have used my fair share of applications that helps with online meeting. I prefer a goto meeting because of the way it works with low bandwidth. I have never had any complaints from my customers regarding the meetings. The other applications I used have sort of ran into issues with audio in low bandwidth almost all times. This is the main reason I prefer to go to meetings.
