Go To Meetings is far superior to Web Ex in many ways, ease of use, functionality, and many other things. Go to meetings allows for screen sharing, slide show use, white board for illistrations, etc. It allows for smart phone use as well as desktop and laptop use as well.

I've used multiple different virtual meeting sites and this one works the best. All of our staff is able to log in and access remote meetings well and participate from remote clinics still. It saves staff members time and money commuting to and from in person meetings. Go to meetings is very easy to use.

Evaluating GoTo Meeting and Competitors

Yes - Yes, Go To Meetings replaced Microsoft Teams video chat, we decided to try Go To Meetings to just see how it compared to other competitors in the industry. We have used several other video chat/call platforms since COVID and need to use something to have monthly team calls as well as conduct some remote interviews, etc.

Go To Meetings ability to use cloud solutions is very important as things just being kept in cloud are easier to manage and disperse to all staff or other parties for the call. Ease of use is also important for Go To Meetings as it needs to be simple to set up calls, disperse to other members, and join/conduct meetings simply as well.
I would not make any changes at this point, it was easy to make the change and to start implementing Go To Meetings for our team calls, interviews, etc. Our team was able to access and log in to calls easily and participate in calls that we had. Same thing for interviews remotely.
