Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting
My organization uses this meeting platform as a back-up to our primary meeting platform, which is Zoom. We found that there is a constituent base that we work with who is not as tech-savvy, and GoToMeeting is pretty simple for them to figure out. It is not an everyday use but it does help to have as an option.

I personally prefer Zoom because it feels cleaner and is more universally known and used across my organization as well as externally. GoToMeeting is the preferred platform by a number of external constituents I work with, so I am grateful that I am able to seamlessly access and use it in order to conduct that business effectively.
