GoTo Meeting is one of the most popular video conferencing and communication tool used widely in our organization. We are using GoTo tool for client calls, internal calls among team, or for any scheduled webinars. This is the first choice among other similar tools as this is lightweight, simple in UI and fast. This is quick to setup as well.

Microsoft Teams and Zoom

Its better as this the one of the main reason to go with this rather than choosing other tools, is this have a lightweight setup. When we sent invite to client, client just need to download a small setup fill which make their system ready to take calls from anywhere in the world.

GoTo Meeting is well suited for meetings in our organizations, this can also be used for school or colleges for scheduling interactive calls between students and teachers or any other spoke persons. It is good for showing demo to clients and get their feedbacks.

This is not good for one to one meeting as for that it require additional setup to be installed.

Good to have tool for our Company!
