Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use GoTo Meeting when scheduling international calls - seems to be a better tool than Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Also, use it for both conference or video calls. We do not use it all the time domestically since other platforms are integrated into our chat tools--this is more of a specific use case tool for us.

ZOOM Signature

They are pretty comparable products. I think it's more about recognition from the users/clients. So in the US, Zoom is well known and easy to hop on. Internationally Go To seems to be an easier solution.

GoTo Meeting is a good tool for scheduling calls with international clients because it is more readily accessible and allows easy access to time zone changes. I also would tell my colleague that it has some limited functionality because it's not as integrated into everyone's workflow. But it's still a good tool.
