Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Resolve
We use GoTo Resolve to remote into our user's computers to resolve computer issues. They call or chat with us and if we can't solve it in a chat or email we remote into their computers to resolve the issue they are having. We install software and uninstall it as well and we take screenshots of the issue to send to a higher team.

The impact that GoTo Resolve has had on our organization is a great one because it helps us to be able to remote into a user's computer and fix their issues that we can't fix over the phone by walking them through different issues that they are having.

Well, GoTo Resolve is one of the best remote services and it is easy to use. I really like it and would recommend it to anybody that would want to have a good remote service to fix computers, servers,s, and other IT devices that need to be fixed remotely.
