Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Resolve

Our department work as the first line of support for students, Staff and Instructors using technology equipment. We receive calls and the ticketing system to solve any issue that the user is having. The product facilitates us to follow up and solve technology issues and or requests. The product is easy to use and is very convenient.

Pros

  • Ticketing system track
  • Organized clickable links
  • Friendly for non tech savy users.

Cons

  • Could implement an easier way for the users that have difficulty with technology.
  • This have a high impact in the help of users making the institution keep working with the issues solved quicker using this system.
It is easy to navigate and use to connect to users.
BIG impact. This have helped us tremendously during the pandemic years and try new products. The IT is now strong, and we can interact with users easily in every way.
Go to meeting were used for a while during the pandemic but we realized we needed to be in a strict budget. Now that the institution sees the good results of go to resolve have, they allowed us to continue.
