Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Resolve
We use GTR to access company computers locally, and remote from our office also use it to deploy/remove software, and I especially like the PowerShell terminal to be able to run commands/scripts on computers outside of normal reach, i.e., not directly or via VPN on the network.
- PowerShell terminal.
- Publishing / removing software.
- file transfer.
- Have to have the exact MSI to remove software that needs to be removed; not all PCs are on the same version of some applications.
- Multi-screen switching - always have issues getting all screens in view at a decent size
- Can be slow in responding to clicks / typing.
- Definitely positive impact in assisting employees.
It has a positive impact on resolving issues for end users by giving us ease of access to their computers.
More functionality in GTR.
