Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Resolve
GoTo Resolve is our remote management software. We use it for internal and external use. Internal - client pushed out. Internal we use the GoTo Resolve support part of the product. We use this to easily connect, manage devices w/out having user interaction (within the organization). It allows us to quickly connect to users home pcs by sending them the link. Facilitates our support and gives us a higher/faster level of support.

- Console/one pane of glass

Cons
- Migration from GoTo Assist
- More support from sales rather than sending links and saying contact so and so
- Agent Producitivity
- One pane of glass
Having one pane of glass to utilize all the tools is a big plus.
We don't utilize all those features as we use a separate ticket system.
