Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Webinar

We have client who is in educational verticals. Where they use on- demand webinars regular basis . They have Students who need to fill customize registration forms, so they get alert before the webinar. GoTo Webinar best suited their environment, because its facilitates hosting on-line events. The platform language options like French, English and other languages it can be access from any device.

Pros

  • Customize registrations pages
  • Live answers notifications
  • Call-to -action button

Cons

  • SAML SSO integration is missing which to use single password to access multiple applications.
  • Question Upvotes is missing where we wants to know rationality of any questions asked in on live webinar .
  • Emoji reaction-which is basic features now days.
  • GoTo Webinar is costly platform but comes with value add services like call-to-action button, Embed forms, automated webinars etc.
Go To Webinars is one the best Platform for ease of use where are integration options are available on Integration Marketplace . Hovering over integration option will trigger a brief pop explanation and clicking on it will bring the use sync tutorials.
Zoom platform is missing features like call-to-action & built in social media sharing button which are necessary features for social media marketing. Other features like On-demand webinars & automated webinars is not available in Zoom .

Go To Webinar is well know for user engagement and have features like Surveys, Polls and real-time engagement dashboard. Go To Webinar have good analytics tools.
However they are they missing in SSO features which is ease of use feature , required to access multiple applications' with single password and also helped in API integration.
