Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Webinar

I help set up, host, or otherwise provide backup for webinars. We aim for one webinar per quarter and invite our customers to attend to learn about what’s new with our software, provide important information about different areas of the business, and more.

  • Through polling we were able to collect leads for our BDR team to follow up with.
Sometimes navigation isn’t as intuitive as I would like.

Yes

GoTo is great for when you need to provide a lot of info to a wide audience. They make it easy to collect info from attendees live as the webinar is in progress. However, we regularly experience one issue or another. In a recent webinar, we weren't able to launch the webinar due to it not working well with our VPN. We've used others with no issue, but this resulted in a catastrophic showing for us.

Using GoTo Webinar

Unsure of the number, but generally customer marketing, product marketing, and growth marketing are the teams that run webinars with GoTo most often.
We have no in-house support for GoTo.

  • Prospect-centric webinars
  • We were able to use a poll to gather contacts for Sales to follow up with

Yes - We contacted after the issue occurred, so the resolution was more getting an explanation as to what happened and what to do to avoid it in the future. They were able to answer fairly quickly.
