Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Webinar

Our company uses this for video training purposes. its ability to schedule, moderate, and host webinars is straightforward and easy to use. You are able to reach a wide audience especially with a team that is in different locations. Works good for people that are in the field or work from home or another office location.

  • limited customization
  • limited branding options for presenting outside company
  • some options are cumbersome
  • this tool has helped corroboration with our team members
  • works well for HR presentations, like payroll and benefits
  • works well for training new technicians that are remote
This software is easy to use. It is nice for people who aren't tech savvy. The interface is pretty straightforward and all the basic functions are easy to find. Some of the more advanced options take some work to find or configure but almost any user can set up a successful meeting.

We had been familiar with the GoTo products and decided to stay with them since they meet our needs and work well. We have used Zoom on occasion but IT prefers the GoTo Webinar package.

This is great for getting a team together and presenting information especially with team members in different areas or time zones. It can be set up relatively quickly for a small meeting or planned well in advance for a larger training session. If you need a more interactive solution, this product maybe isn't the best choice.
