Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Webinar

We use GoTo Webinar to deliver training sessions to an audience of corporate clients. Audience size varies between 1 to 20 students attending each session, and a recording is always provided. Conversley, we are also frequently on the user end, when someone else has scheduled a webinar that we're attending.

  • Saves us time and frustration when setting up a new session. It's even easy for our newer team members who have less experience.
  • Improves participant satisfaction by allowing us to send the recording right after the session concludes. Everyone is always happy when you can answer "yes" to the ubiquitous question "will you be providing a link to the recording?!" We can also record a session once, and then make it available online for future listeners to view on demand.
  • Reporting allows us to see what's working and what isn't, helping us determine if it's worth running another webinar on that topic or to that particular audience again.
The user interface is fairly intuitive, so it's easy to navigate. That's especially important because it can be frustrating or embarrassing if the presenter is bumbling around trying to get things going, which also impacts the credibility they are able to earn with the audience. Although it did take a bit to get the hang of it, it's really pretty straightforward once you become familiar.
  • Zoom Events & Webinars
Zoom is a great product, but isn't as easy to use and doesn't have all the features GoTo Webinar has. Pricing plans vary for each of them, but we've found that GoTo Webinar gives us an excellent value for the service on all of our key usage situations. It was just a better fit for our business.

GoTo Webinar works very well for scheduling a session for attendees, including confirmations and easy to understand How To directions for attendees who may not be familiar. If the simple directions are followed correctly, then getting everyone connected is easy with very few confused or struggling participants that we need to assist with the setup. We can also easily record the sessions to provide after the live webinar concludes.
