Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Webinar
GoTo webinar is used to host and attend webinars (both for and by internal and external audiences). The product addresses the business problem that many SMB clients and audiences have access to GoTo webinars, and we do not want to miss out on them (especially when we are targeting them through partners).
Pros
- Ease of set up and access and use.
- Price point is good.
- Recognition across SMB clients and prospects.
Cons
- Not much of brand acceptance across mid to large enterprises.
- Gives a legacy look and feel (brand-wise too).
- Should be more vocal on marketing promotions.
- Wider acceptance of webinars.
- Better brand visibility.
- Better ROI.
- Zoom Events & Webinars and ON24
Zoom scores well above GoTo and ON24 in brand recognition across mid to large enterprises. But GoTo scores well in SMBs. Regarding value for money and ROI, it's better than ON24. We selected GoTo because of the price point and to ensure that our partner-sourced SMB stacks do not end up not engaging with us because of a lack of a proper medium.
