Overall Satisfaction with GoToMeeting
We use GoToMeeting in conjunction with Webex. I really like the integration into Gmail, as we moved from Exchange to Google mail a few years ago. The calendar options work very well, which enables our Admins to schedule meetings with a few clicks of the mouse.
- Integration into Google Calendar and Email.
- There's good support tools for Admin and Techs to troubleshoot call issues.
- It's very easy to use.
- We would like to see continued improvements in the technical analyzing/troubleshooting tools.
- We would like to see the costs go down for the product.
- It has helped us collaborate much more easily.
GoToMeeting is very good competition for WebEx. The cost is a little better, and support is much better and willing to listen to users.
