Overall Satisfaction with GoToMeeting

GoToMeeting has been used across our department as well as organization. It allows for our employees that are 1+ hours away to communicate via a webinar. It also allows for our organization to offer webinars to those clients we serve. Considering we are 2.5 hours from one point to the next, we needed GoToMeeting in order to conserve mileage.
  • Excellent for webinars
  • Easy to use
  • Chatbox function needs to be changed so you can see questions as they appear.
  • Considering the drive to our other office would cost us $80 round trip, this has been a great saver for mileage.
  • GoToMeeting allows for our entire office to be present, if necessary, for webinars.
  • Zoom
I have not had the chance to fully play with the program, but it seems that GoToMeeting is more user friendly than Zoom.
GoToMeeting is great for webinars and especially great for desktop sharing. When you have new employees you can walk them through the process of something without having to be right directly beside them. Where this platform is less appropriate may be in a classroom setting where students are present daily.
