Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting
We used GoTo Meeting to do webinars with our customers, and to meet together as a team. It allowed us to have a central place to go to meet an to have control over the participant settings.
- Easy to set up
- Control the meeting
- Easy to share with customers
- Customers are familiar with it
- Little bit of a learning curve
- It freed us up to train multiple customers at once instead of doing it one at a time.
We didn't use GoTo Connect in the same way.
