Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting
We use GoTo Meeting for our normal company wide meetings. The functionality is fairly good. There are sometimes minor issues with video and audio lag but it's normally not an issue. It allows us to keep in communication with our sales teams and support teams across the globe in addition to providing a good alternative to in person meetings in the current pandemic.

- Needs fairly fast internet
- Sometimes audio and video have noticeable latency
- Screen sharing requires presenter to be passed
- Ease of communication
- Integration with phone system means we don't have to use personal phones
- I've heard it's a little on the pricey side
- Zoom and Microsoft Teams
GoTo Meeting has better phone integration and usage portions. Microsoft Teams does not have phone integration and while zoom does we are too ingrained into the GoTo Meeting environment for it to make much sense to switch to Zoom. GoTo Meeting works for our current use case so there isn't much gained by switching to a different provider.
