Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting
GoTo Meeting is being used by the entire organization throughout the global footprint for formal and informal meetings as well as remote support issues. This software allows us to communicate effectively throughout the locations and gives us the opportunity to collaborate and share content easily. GoTo Meeting is the market leader when it comes to video conferencing. The ability to record sessions for later use makes it the ideal platform for end user training sessions.
Pros
- User interface is intuitive and easy to use.
- Administration is easily managed.
- Video quality has been fantastic as well as the voice quality.
- Big conferences with many attendees are easily managed.
Cons
- The biggest hurdle is the pricing can get out of hand quickly if you don't monitor accounts creations.
- Setting up conference rooms with all the equipment can get expensive but it's a cost of doing business.
- The overall cost can get out of control if you give accounts to all office employees.
- Has been a life saver since COVID-19 started.
- Zoom, Skype and Microsoft Teams
GoTo Meeting is the industry leader and sets the bar high for other platforms. Although the cost is rather high, you get what you pay for. We tried other applications and the call quality didn't compare to what we would get from GoTo Meeting.
