Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting
We currently use GoTo Meeting within our sales and account management departments as a tool to interact with both prospective clients and current clients. For prospective clients, it allows us to communicate easily and demo our product in a secure and efficient manner. For current clients, it's an easy to use tool for training and troubleshooting.
- Easy deployment and configuration
- Works well across a variety of devices
- Integrates well with a variety of calendar and email tools
- Access to historical recording is limited
- Intermittent audio issues
- Some of the control panels aren't intuitive
- We have a had very little client churn and a big reason why is our ability to react quickly to client issues on demand.
- Account management has been able to deliver on goals and expectations by having a reliable platform for training and troubleshooting functions
- We've been able to outsource certain functions and communicate with contractors across the globe easily
- Zoom and Microsoft Teams
Since we primarily use GoTo Meeting externally, it has been a good option when compared to other platforms because of its ease of use and accessibility for general users. It doesn't require an existing footprint on prospective client or current client systems. Other options we've looked into require that footprint and extra work to connect, which can be an issue for certain end-users.
