Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are an Ed-tech Start-up. We specialize in courses [web development, app development etc] and freelancing for bigger corporations, like creating websites for travel companies. GoToMeeting was earlier used for our courses, live classes, mentor sessions. We used zoom, Google Meet and GoToMeeting. Also when we collaborated with some other companies they preferred to use GoToMeeting.

Pros

Very handy during video conferences
Can be used for Business meets, webinars, sessions
In an online era you may need as many options possible, like if one of them fails you have another
Ease of use, good call quality

Cons

Just like any online video conferencing tool, you need to have stable internet connection
Consumes a lot of Internet Bandwidth
You Need to pay for Premium features, so companies that don't make much profit go for the free version of apps.

Return on Investment

It has helped us cater large section of audiences
Has always been a ready to go alternative for any other conferencing tools
Some collaborators have always preferred to use GoToMeeting

GoToMeeting can be a perfect option for online webinars, business meetings, an alternative for other video conferencing apps, want to have a meeting with large number of audiences. Also just like most video conference apps, you just need to go through it once and you get an idea how it works. Almost all video conferencing apps need stable internet connection, so GoToMeeting cannot be accessed in places with low internet speed. Also you need to have a good internet package, cause it consumes a lot of Bandwidth
