Overall Satisfaction with GoToMyPC
GoToMyPC is highly reliable and is a life savior in this pandemic. We use the shared access feature and folder sync feature a lot and it's quite helpful. The 24x7 Customer support is great. Unlike many other customer support, agents over here know the product well and don't ask too many frustrating questions, and are able to resolve the concern within ten minutes.
