Overall Satisfaction with GoToMyPC

Used for a single user (an owner) who is retired from the organization. For remote support - very simple to use and decent price.

Pros

  • Renders remote computer clearly.
  • Responds to remote controls quickly.
  • Price is good

Cons

  • The only thing I can think of is the constant pop-up for LastPass that popped up for a while.
  • Price is great - when the freeware that used to offer these services drastically increased in price, GoToMyPC stayed competitive.
  • Reps worked with me to keep discounts available each year.
GoToMyPC is about the same as the others, as far as useability, but the price and setup are better.
