Overall Satisfaction with GoToWebinar
Our organisation FindThatlead uses GoToWebinar to show our products and to make demos. Basically it's a really good tool because the potential customers can see how it FindThatLead works. Right now it is being used by the sales department which is in my charge. As a SaaS company, it's one of the most effective tools to show our product.
- It's really effective, our MRR has being increased around 20% since we have been using it.
- Organisation, everything is placed where I think and it's easy to use.

- You don't have to move away from your office, with GoToWebinar we can save a lot of money on business trips!
- We can improve client confidence and reliability.
- Streaming quality is really good, with an HD image. It's perfect if you want to show something that is with you not inside the screen.
- Too many steps to schedule a Webinar. It would be great to simplify the booking process.
- From my point of view it is really expensive, depending on company size it's a inadmissible cost.
- We can't use it with Linux systems. In fact there isn't a desktop application for that OS.

I have been using many tools, like Skype, join.me, and Google Hangouts. GoToWebinar is the most organized and professional tool in the market. We are based in Spain, and we mainly use Skype, but some times the US market asks to use GoToWebinar. This is the main reason we use it.
