Overall Satisfaction with GoToWebinar

It is easy to use for me... no frills, no hiccups.
Gotowebinar has helped us reach our current user base in a direct, clear way, and help them improve their skills using our software, via training webinars and online master classes. It has become our standard tool!
  • Reaching both existing and prospect customers.
  • Providing worldwide support for our online training sessions.
  • The recording tools didn't really work for us... too buggy.
Never used any other product besides Skype, and I wouldn't say they compete against each other...
[GoToWebinar is well suited] if you have a worldwide customer base and organize regular webinars, training sessions or product demos (software).
