Overall Satisfaction with GoToWebinar

User-friendly design
It allows employees across the country to meet "face-to-face" to brainstorm and troubleshoot. Communication is more intuitive and effective, versus email/phone, because we can see nonverbal cues.
  • Connectivity - great connection even with lag issues
  • Screensharing - smooth transition between webcam and desktop sharing
  • User-friendly layout and design
  • Larger chat box
  • Pop out control panel - let me separate the chat box from the rest of the control panel so I can move it to my second monitor
GoToWebinar is great for small meetings. It gets complicated with the six camera limit, with having to coordinate who turns their cameras off and on.
