Overall Satisfaction with GoToWebinar

It wasn't too difficult to learn.
GoToWebinar is used for training our clients and staff. The webinar platform is used across our whole organization. It addresses the problems of location and convenience.

Pros

  • Setting up the webinar is easy.
  • I like the branding option.
  • I appreciate the on-line support.
GoToWebinar is the first and only software I've used.

GoToWebinar is well suited for saving time and money regarding traveling. It offers attendees the convenience of learning from their preferred environments, e.g., their homes.

It's less appropriate for people who do not have access to computers or who have little to no technical experience/skills.
