Overall Satisfaction with GoToWebinar

I can intuitively figure out how to use the features without a HELP pdf. or by taking a demonstration webinar (ironic).
We use it for live demonstrations of how our software works.

Pros

  • The control panel: I like that I can see the attendee list, expand and collapse the control panel as needed, see a view of what I'm broadcasting, see questions from attendees.

Cons

  • It needs an affordable audio communications add-on that allows the presenter to mute the attendees.
WAY LESS expensive
[It's well suited for] demonstrating software use that cannot possibly be conveyed via a brochure or other written document
