Overall Satisfaction with GoToWebinar

I had no problem using the system and didn't need to watch many training videos that are by the way, readily available.
It is used by our marketing and training departments both to sell our LinkedIn course and to train our students.

Pros

  • Launches well.
  • Informative analytics.
  • Easy to use.
  • Easy to engage users with polls.

Cons

  • The price is rather heavy on a small agency like ours.
  • Interface is a little dated.
  • One recorded video was missing the sound.
GoToWebinar has a lot more features
Well suited for:
  • Training remote employees and students.
  • Selling digital products.
  • Selling services.
