Overall Satisfaction with Grasshopper
The Grasshopper phone system is used company-wide with our small company. It provides an affordable option for phone services to connect with our customers.
- Phone support with setup and expansion.
- Mulitple extensions to allow smaller companies to expand as needed.
- Making voice over options part of the base plan rather than an add on.
- Better connection with calls. Sometimes I'll have a message yet my phone didn't ring!
- Text messaging in the base plan.
- Several missed messages did cause a significant delay --- unhappy customer!
