Overall Satisfaction with Greater Giving

We used Greater Giving for our Day of Giving platform. We wanted an intuitive system that was easy for our staff to understand, but also looked good to our constituents.

Greater Giving is very intuitive. It’s easy to set up in the backend and change as needed. Anytime we couldn’t figure something out on our own, our customer service representative was always available and super helpful!
We actually changed from Greater Giving to Classy, but will probably go back. Classy offered silent auction capabilities that Greater Giving did not.

We set up something incorrectly on the back end which negatively affected how our website was reporting to our donors. We contacted support and they addressed it right away. Once it was fixed they showed us how to avoid that issue in the future.
