Greenhouse is my company's applicant tracking system. It is leveraged by several hundred users across the company to streamline our recruiting process. The tool has helped us rapidly scale our hiring process. We execute both the recruiting sourcing and scorecard evaluation processes in the tool.

Greenhouse is the best ATS I have used in my career. Particularly from a user interface, collaboration, and feature set standpoint. I highly recommend it for rapid growing companies.
