Overall Satisfaction with Greenhouse
We use it across our entire organization to handle all aspects of recruitment, as well as move jobs internally, and recommend potential candidates. It helps keeps recruitment and talent needs/steps all in one place and provide a synchronized experience both to the potential candidate and help internal employees track that candidates journey.
- Guide candidate through hiring journey.
- Allow internal employees to search for posted jobs.
- Allow internal employees to recommend a potential candidate.
- Give a place for HR to keep all candidate information in one place.
- More details on the platform when following another candidates journey (timeline etc.).
- Allowed us to follow up with previous candidates.
- Keep current candidates informed and in the funnel.
- Help employees refer talent that would be a good fit for our company.
I think Greenhouse is much easier to use and just designed better. Especially for someone outside the traditional recruitment team.
