Overall Satisfaction with Greenhouse
Greenhouse is used as our applicant tracking system. It is used by everyone at the company to hire, interview and share job postings with their networks. We use it to collect and track applicant data, schedule interviews, collect interview feedback, generate offer letters and run reports on our hiring. It solves the business problem of being able to hire and scale our hiring practices as we grow.
- User Interface - it is nice to look at and easy to use.
- Reporting - the ease of building and pulling reports is really helpful.
- Scheduling - they've enhanced and supported easier scheduling in the tool.
- Reporting for diversity pipeline fields by job.
- Navigation when viewing candidates in a job -it takes you back to all candidates and you have to filter again.
- Capturing offline activities like texting candidates.
- Having an ATS manage so much of the recruiting function has an incredible ROI - we can hire and thus grow faster.
- Being able to customize (with budget available) to have funnel reporting to meet anti-racist hiring goals has a huge impact and ROI.
- The ease of use for hiring managers and interviewers empowers us to use a structured interviewing approach. Another great ROI.
Lever has very similar features - and for me the UI of Greenhouse wins. Greenhouse is easier to navigate and easier for scheduling. I also think that having to build out reporting within tableau to get the depth of reporting some may need is not scalable. I like that Greenhouse has the google report connector that has a much lower barrier to entry.
