GRIN all day EVERYDAY! I'm a die-hard GRINfluencer!
Overall Satisfaction with GRIN
We use GRIN mainly for prospecting and finding creators that fit our demographic, the prospecting and filtering feature also helps us to search for different verticals to test with. GRIN helps us to compose outreach email sequences so we can do mass outreach in a short amount of time. We have 11 employees using GRIN and it's great we all have our own login, account and campaign. We use the "tags" "owners" feature so we don't reach out to the same creators! It's helped us keep track and ensure our creators are posting content on the specific dates using the specific hashtags. We love to have amazing content and it's a great place we are able to manage all our creator UGC!
Pros
- Customer Support! They are always so helpful and responsive!
- Adding new features to keep up with the ever changing industry and needs for each customer and brand!
- They provide so many resources, their GRIN knowledge base and articles are extremely helpful.
- I love that they offer webinars and workshops and providing ongoing growth and learning tools for customers.
Cons
- I would love GRIN emails to integrate with Klaviyo
- I would love to be able to upload branded templates in GRIN emails for sending partners newsletters or outreach
- More verticals in the "interest" dropdown when searching and prospecting new creators.
- Revenue growth! When I first started with GRIN my monthly revenue was $4k, after 3 years using all of the amazing features, management tools, I hit $1.5 million in revenue for a quarter!
- THOUSANDS of amazing UGC from creators that we could repurpose!
- Being able to outreach 250-500 creators every week!
GRIN has the most features I've seen compared to any other platform and their customer support and resources are unmatched!
