Overall Satisfaction with GRIN
We use Grin to vet potential influencers and affiliates. It's nice to be able to take a deep dive into their analytics to determine if they will be good for us.
- Gives detailed reporting on social media profiles
- Lookalike search
- Quick customer service response
- Ability to change affiliate links to be good for first time customers only
- Audience reports feature needs to improve, doesn't always work
- Custom reports for putting in more details of the creators, like business/creator accounts, engagement rates, % of US followers, etc
- Saves us money by not paying influencers who have low US following or engagement rates
- Love the bulk email option
- Love the data and reporting we can get from the dashboard
