Overall Satisfaction with GRIN
We use Grin to manage our influencer relationships. We also use it as a vetting tool for influencers who reach out to us. It is very helpful for staying organized as well as making payments. The reporting features help us decide how to adjust our program as it grows.
- Integrates with Shopify to ship out influencer products.
- Allows for customization of influencer campaigns to include a wide range of options.
- Maintains all information in one place for ease of tracking.
- We are having trouble with the social listening tool not pulling in content.
- Emails from influencers not in Grin do not come through and need to be pulled up elsewhere.
- No creator search for Instagram.
- We are just getting moving with Grin but I am excited to grow our overall program.
- The Grin community has provided a wealth of insights that we have been able to implement.
- The addition of EMV data has been great for tracking success.
We selected Grin because of its much larger influencer base. That being said, changes to Meta soon after we onboarded have made that pool much smaller.
