Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is being used by our entire sales org with our SMB teams using it primarily. Other departments also use it, but I personally don't help to organize that. Groove is great for outreach especially when trying to reach a wide array of contacts. We are able to quickly and efficiently send out a series of touch points to customers and prospects.

Groove support is very helpful. They are willing to answer questions through email and even through Zoom if needed. Very responsive and helpful with all issues and makes sure they are solved.

Groove is very well suited for SMB teams that need to reach a lot of people with similar messaging. It's less appropriate for companies that need more tailoring in the messaging and for larger companies. It can seem less personal. Scheduler is helpful for all reps, but needs a little more functionality.
