Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use it globally to manage marketing and sales outreach campaigns, email tracking, workflow and process tracking for sales, connect it with our Salesforce CRM and log our work in a unified dashboard.
  • Campaign and workflow management - easily manage the steps in a campaign including Linkedin, email, phone calls, and more.
  • Connects well to other programs like a dialer, or CRM.
  • UI is lacking

  • We've seen a tangible increase in business since using Groove. We switched to InsideSales and switched back to Groove after 4 months because our sales were down and the capabilities were lacking on other platforms. When we moved back to Groove, our sales were back up.

Groove is more customizable, easier to track the information you send out, and who is sending what. Groove connects better to our CRM and automatically logs emails. It is much more efficient.
They respond within the hour almost every time for issues. They have dedicated reps who have helped us every step of the way.
