Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is utilized on both the sales teams and the client success teams and it allows both teams to easily set up and maintain consistent email cadences. This is helpful for maintaining effective prospect outreach while also seeing which emails are more successful than others by looking at the click and open rates of each email.

We have had several instances where there have been problems with Groove and while we typically receive a response quickly that acknowledges our problem, it typically takes a few days for Groove to fix the problem, we go through a long series of emails just to have to jump on a call, or we have to schedule time just to speak with an engineer.

Groove is well suited for sales teams that struggle in outreach and follow-up. This product allows us to easily log each touch a prospect receives from an email to a call. I would say it would be less appropriate for teams where prospect/client outreach is not a large part of the job.
