Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We have integrated Groove with Salesforce, as well as our Google Pro email. We use it to track, manage, and send communications as well as add new contacts to Salesforce directly from my Gmail.
  • Adding contacts directly from our email application (Gmail/Google Pro) into Salesforce.
  • Logging sales activity directly from our email application into Salesforce.
  • Email sales activity analytics.
  • I think the email flows seem a little complicated to figure out but then again, I haven't dug into it as much as I could.
  • Being able to see when my emails are opened by the recipient.
I haven't had to reach out to Groove directly but our corporate office sponsor gets a lot of great support from Groove and passes it along to us.

East of use, integration capabilities with Salesforce, and being able to add contacts into Salesforce directly from my email application versus having to go into Salesforce when I get a new email from a new contact.
