Overall Satisfaction with Groove
Our account managers and SDR organizations in Sales are leveraging Groove to improve their organization and prioritization of outreach to prospects and customers. We use it to collaborate, communicate, and sync on activity in user accounts and prospect accounts. Groove is leveraged to help the sales team be as impactful in every form of communication as we can. It monitors our activity and success to give us useful reports on effectiveness.
- Integrates with Salesforce; it lays on top of Salesforce and live updates it as you work.
- Visibility into the effort you are putting in and the engagement you are receiving from that effort.
- Giving you a single, centralized place to prospect, nurture, and log notes.
- Groove's task execution software "Actions" is in beta and still has some steps to take.
- Groove is not always intuitive because they are young and haven't iterated for UI as much.
- Because they are young, they don't know what they don't know.

- Outreach
Despite a lesser UI, Groove blows Outreach out of the water. Outreach's inability to accurately and swiftly sync with Salesforce, creating siloed information, is divisive to the sales organization's collaboration and communication on prospect and account information. Outreach is very limited in its transmission of information to anywhere else other than Outreach. Groove, on the other hand, was built to enable the sales professional to interface quickly and accurately with Salesforce. It makes life that much easier.
