Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Being used in our SDR department worldwide - it is helping us follow a cadence with regards to following up with leads and cold prospects - helping us spend less time sending emails to enable us to find more time to prospect and create more opportunities for the business.

  • Tracking emails/clicked links, read really helps.
Team is always on standby to assist if we are having trouble with any of the features that Groove has - we have weekly calls to discuss common problems and issues which I think is really useful.

If we have a large event and we need to contact all attendees then Groove is great. We can create a personalised follow and put all the contacts from the event in there, and it sends them all a personalized message regarding the event.
