Overall Satisfaction with Groove
We use Groove on our sales team at a performance marketing agency. It is absolutely wonderful for our outbound outreach as it allows us to create robust email drip campaigns and test them against each other to identify what is working best for us. The email open & link click tracker is very useful for us so we can see who is interacting with our emails and content.
Pros
- Robust campaigns allowing you to mix and match emails, calls, LinkedIn outreach.
- Great and accurate integration with Salesforce.
- Analytics tab to see which campaigns/templates are being opened more, clicked and responded to.
Cons
- It would be nice to save some changes in a manual email flow for when you aren't quite ready to send it yet.
- Our sales team has increased productivity by around 15 percent and has improved the quality of our outreach which has lead to higher ROI.
