Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use Groove on our sales team at a performance marketing agency. It is absolutely wonderful for our outbound outreach as it allows us to create robust email drip campaigns and test them against each other to identify what is working best for us. The email open & link click tracker is very useful for us so we can see who is interacting with our emails and content.
  • Robust campaigns allowing you to mix and match emails, calls, LinkedIn outreach.
  • Great and accurate integration with Salesforce.
  • Analytics tab to see which campaigns/templates are being opened more, clicked and responded to.
  • It would be nice to save some changes in a manual email flow for when you aren't quite ready to send it yet.
  • Our sales team has increased productivity by around 15 percent and has improved the quality of our outreach which has lead to higher ROI.
Overall, Groove has an easier and more efficient UI compared to Yesware and has definitely boosted our outbound productivity. The "People" tab which shows how much effort we are putting in to a particular prospect vs how much engagement we are getting is really helpful as well.
Out of the few times we've had to contact Groove support, they have been incredibly quick to respond and have given us the answers we need.

Groove is pretty much well suited for any sales team that wants to have insight into which emails are working best, who is interacting with those emails and which reps are being the most productive. This allows sales managers to share what their top performing reps are doing and elevate performance across the board.
