Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use it daily for all of our email campaigns. It solves the tracking and sending issues we had with programs in the past.

Pros

  • Tracks clicks and opens.
  • Organizes everything well.
  • Excellent customer support.

Cons

  • Sometimes it runs a bit slow.
  • Too many clicks to get a campaign set up.
  • A bit of a lag on updating data.
  • Statistic data recorded.
  • Ease of use.
  • Email templates are excellent.
  • Great ROI and allows us to see exactly who we need to follow up with.
Could always be simpler, but overall very easy.
I haven't used any other program of this type.
