Overall Satisfaction with Groove
We use it daily for all of our email campaigns. It solves the tracking and sending issues we had with programs in the past.
- Tracks clicks and opens.
- Organizes everything well.
- Excellent customer support.
- Sometimes it runs a bit slow.
- Too many clicks to get a campaign set up.
- A bit of a lag on updating data.
- Statistic data recorded.
- Ease of use.
- Email templates are excellent.
- Great ROI and allows us to see exactly who we need to follow up with.
I use it about 4 hours per week. It saves a ton time.
I haven't used any other program of this type.
